移植自体扁桃体治疗萎缩性鼻炎30例

用自体扁桃体移植入鼻腔粘骨膜下以缩窄鼻腔，减少水分散发，促进血液循环，增强免疫功能，提高抗感染力，达到改善症状的目的。本组治疗３０例，术后无排斥反应，全部存活。手术前后免疫功能检测水平一致，鼻粘膜纤毛运动功能有明显改善，术后观察一年，治愈率８６．７％，显效率１３．３％，总有效率１００％。

30 Cases with Atrophic Rhinitis Treated by Implanting Auto tonsils

The implanting auto tonsils under nasal mucomembrane were used to shrink nasocavity and lessen dissimission of water.It accelerates the local blood flow and boosts body′s immunity and ability of anti infection. In 30 cases with athrophis rhinitis, there was no exclusive reaction and all transplanting tonsils survived.No significant difference was shown between the assay of immue level of pre operation and post operation.The movement function of cilia developed obviously.Through one year follow up survey after operaction the cure rate was 86 7% and the evident effective rate was 13 3% and the effective rate was 100%.
