| 摘 要： | 目的：观察计算机辅助康复训练结合盐酸多奈哌齐对脑血管意外患者认知障碍的康复效果。方法：32例有认知障碍的脑卒中患者利用计算机的生动画面进行注意力、定向力、视觉空间、记忆力、计算力、执行功能、解决问题及语言交流等一对一的针对性康复训练并每日口服盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗。治疗前后采用神经行为认知状态检查量表（NCSE）客观评价其疗效。结果：治疗6周后,与治疗前比较32例患者的记忆力、注意力、定向力、复述、命名及空间结构评分均有明显提高（P〈0.05）;而理解能力、计算力及判断推理力差异无显著性意义。结论：计算机辅助康复训练能丰富治疗环境,激发患者配合治疗的积极性,结合盐酸多奈哌齐可明显改善脑卒中患者的认知功能,提高治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of computer assisted training combined with donepezil on cognitive impairment post stroke.Methods: Thirty-two cases of stroke with cognitive impairment were trained with computer assisted training and donepezil.NCSE was conducted before and after the training for cognitive abilities.Results: After the training the NCSE scores in MEM,ATT,ORI,REPNAM and CONST were higher than before treatment(P<0 05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of COMP,CALC and JUN.Conclusion: Computer assisted training combined with donepezil could significantly improve the cognitive function of the patients with stroke. |
