| Abstract: | special kind of muscle of rat was used to measure pD_2 and pA2 because of its α_1 receptor.Phenylephrine is an α1 agonist,its pD_2 was calculated through cumulative dose response curve(CDRC).Prazosin is an antagonist of α_1 receprtor.It could make the CDRC of phenylephrinegoing to the right paraIlelly. The pA_2 of prazosin was calculated by formula, as well.Thesignificance of pD2 and pA_2 was discussed. Moreover,the inference of pD2 and pA_2 was introducedthoroughly. |
