针灸对脑外伤患者血清中SOD、MDA、LPO水平变化的研究

目的:探讨针灸对急性脑外伤患者血清中的SOD、MDA、LPO水平变化的影响.方法:将54例外伤患者随机分成2组,对照组27例,常规西医治疗;治疗组27例,在常规西医治疗(同对照组)加用针刺疗法.治疗组于伤后第3天进行针灸治疗.在针灸治疗前一天与针灸治疗10天后抽取静脉血5ml,对照组在同一时间(第2天与第13天)抽取静脉血5ml,分测SOD、MDA、LPO的含量进行对照比较.结果:两组病人伤后3天到13天,机体抗拉化酶SOD明显上升,MDA、LPO均明显下降,其中针灸组的MDA、LPO含量的下降值明显低于对照组,P＜0.01,SOD含量的增加值明显高于对照组,P＜0.01.结论:针灸有助于脑外伤的恢复.

The study of investigation acupuncture and moxibustion in effect the blood serum level of SOD,MDA,LPO in acute cerebral trauma patiens

To investigate acupuncture and moxibustion in effecting the blood serum level of SOD,MDA,LPO in acute cerebral trauma patients.Method:Divide 54 acute cerebral trauma patients into two groups,27 cases in control group take the routine western medicine therapy,while 27 cases in the therapy group take both the therapy of routine western medicine and acupuncture and moxibustion.The therapy group patients take acupuncture and moxibustion three days after injured,and then draw 5 millilitre blood from vein in the patients 1 day before taken acupuncture and moxibustion and 10 days after taken it respectivly.Draw 5 millilitre vein blood in the control group patients in the sam day.Thus measure and compare the blood level of SOD,MDA,LPO between two groups.Result:In the third and thirteen day of injure,body anti-oxidase SOD level rise obviously in both groups,while the level of MDA,LPO decrease in an obvious ways.Decrease of MDA,LPO blood level in acupuncture and moxibustion group is quite lower than control group( P <0.01),and increase of SOD blood level is higher than control group obviously ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion helps reconvery in cerebral trauma patiens.
