四种暂时冠戴用后CAN和Bcl-2在牙龈组织中的表达

摘    要:目的研究四种材料制作的暂时冠戴用后的单体释出情况,以及对PCNA、Bcl-2蛋白在牙龈组织中表达的影响。方法用自凝塑料、热凝塑料、DMG-TEMP树脂和SWIFT-TEMP树脂给狗行暂时冠修复,建立实验动物模型。分别在戴冠前、戴冠后1周、2周及1月时,用红外光谱仪定量测定四种暂时冠中残余的单体种类和含量;应用免疫组化EnVision二步法检测PCNA、Bcl-2在牙龈组织中的表达情况。结果自凝塑料暂时冠和热凝塑料暂时冠戴用后,在暂时冠中检测到较多的单体释出,牙龈中PCNA、Bcl-2阳性表达率在戴冠后增加,而DMG-TEMP复合树脂和SWIFT-TEMP树脂暂时冠戴冠后,暂时冠中单体水平实验前后无显著性差异,牙龈中PCNA、Bcl-2的阳性表达率也没有明显改变。结论DMG-TEMP复合树脂和SWIFT-TEMP树脂暂时冠桥材料比自凝塑料、热凝塑料具有更好的聚合性能和生物学性能。

Abstract:Purpose The aim of the present study was to detect the release of monomer from 4 types of temporary crowns and to assess the influence on the expression of PCNA and Bcl-2 in gingival tissue. Methods Four types of temporary crowns (made of self-curing resin, heat-curing resin, DMG-TEMP and SWIFT-TEMP resin) were made for dogs, and the monomer content in the temporary crowns was measured by infrared spectrometry; the expression of PCNA and Bcl-2 was detected by im-munohistochemical method of En Vision two steps. Results Great amount of monomer release was found in groups of self-curing resin and heat-curing resin, expression of PCNA and Bcl-2 increased in gingival tissue. While in DMG-TEMP and SWIFT-TEMP resin groups, no change of the monomer content in the crowns was detected and there was no difference in the expression of PCNA and Bcl-2 in gingival tissue among all the intervals. Conclusions Compared with self-curing resin and heat-curing resin,the polymerization of DMG-TEMP and SWIFT-TEMP resin have better biological properties.
