小肝癌的CT表现——31例与病理对照研究

目的；进一步分析和探讨小肝癌的CT表现及其病理基础。方法：收集经手术病理证实的小肝癌31例。CT采用双期、部分三期增强扫描，与病理对照。结果：动脉期73％（11／15）肿瘤呈高密度；门静脉期65％（20／31）呈低密度，35％（11／31）呈高或稍高密度，其中8例延迟后平衡期呈低密度。11例有低密度区。16例手术病理报告肿瘤包膜完整，56％（9／16）CT显示肿瘤边缘清楚；20％（3／15）无包膜者CT显示肿瘤边缘清楚。结论：门静脉期肿瘤呈高密度时加扫平衡期扫描有助于小肝癌的定性诊断。

CT Feature of Small Hepatocellular Cancer: Correlation of the CT Feature of 31 Patients and Pathology

Purpose To study the CT feature of small hepatocellular cancer and CT pathologic correlation. Methods 31 patients with small hepatocellular cancer proved by histopathologically were reviewed, and underwent two phase or three phase incremental CT scan, and there CT findings were compared with hitopathology. Results 73%(11 of 15)tumors showed hyperdensity on arterial phase. 65%(20 of 31)SHCC were hypodensity, and 35%(11 of 31)had hyperdensity or slightly hyperdensity during portal venous phase, of which eight showed hypodensity within delayed equilibrium phase. Low densities area was found within the tumors in cases. 56%(9 of 16)tumor with fibrous capsule showed well circumsribed margin, and 20%(3 of 15)tumors without fibrous capsule did. Conclusion CT scan on delayed equilibrium phase was helpful for us to determine the diagnosis of the small hepatocellular cancer when tumors showed hyperdensity in portal venous phase.
