中枢神经系统感染患儿脑脊液单胺类物质改变及其机制探讨

摘    要:应用HPLC法测定了结脑、化脑、病脑和对照组患儿脑脊液中单胺类物质。结果发现化脑患者5-HIAA,HVA显著高于其它患者;结脑患儿脑脊液中5-HIA,HVA,MHPG和病脑组患儿Trp,HVA浓度与其神经系统功能障碍程度呈正相关。提示脑脊液中单胺物质测定有助于化脑诊断及神经系统损害程度的评估。

Abstract:SF was taken from 45 children with tuberculous meningitis(14),purulent meningitis(6),viral encephlitis or meningitis(15)and non- neurologic controls(10).Tryptophan,5-HTP,5-HT,5-HIAA,HVA nd MHPG in CSF were mere measured by a methos of HPLC .Theresults showeded that the levels of 5-HIAA,HVA in children of purulent meningitis were sig-nificantly increased as compared with the other 3 groups. Measurement of 5-HIAA andHVA may be used in the differential diagnosis for purulent meningitis. The increased 5-HI-AA was referred to be due to an increased turnover of 5-HT. The concentrations of 5-HI-AA , HVA, MHPG in patients with tuberculous meningitis,and of tryptophan,HVA in pa-tients with viral encephanlitis(or meningitis)were positively correlated with the degree ofdisturbed neurologic function, It indicates that the increased levels of monoamine metabolites may be used as an index to evaluate the degree of damage of the CNS.
