结肠造口患者的自尊状况与应对方式研究

目的:了解肠造口患者的自尊状况及其与应对方式的相关性。方法:采用自设一般状况调查表、状态自尊量表(SSES)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对64例造口患者进行问卷调查。结果:造口患者的自尊呈中等水平;自尊水平与年龄(r=0.38,P=0.002)、积极应对方式(r=0.45,P=0.032)呈正相关,与消极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.24,P=0.038);退休或离职患者的自尊得分(71.83±7.95)比在职患者的自尊得分(64.10±8.28)高,二者差异有统计学意义(t=2.93,P=0.005)。结论:护理人员应根据患者的情况采取护理措施,增加患者的积极应对,减少消极应对来提高造口患者的自尊水平,促进其身心健康。

The self-esteem status and coping styles of colon ostomy patients

Objective： To investigate the self-esteem status of patients with ostomy and to find out the correlation of coping styles and self-esteem. Methods： A demographic data form, the State Self-Esteem Scale and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire were completed by 64 patients with ostomy. Results： The self-esteem of patients with ostomy was in a moderate level. The self-esteem had significantly positive correlation with age （r =0.38, P 〈0.01）, the active coping style（r =0.45, P〈0.05）, and significantly negative correlation with the passive coping styles（r =-0.24, P〈0.05）. The self-esteem of retired or demission patients were higher than the patients who were on the job, 71.83 ± 7.95 vs 64.10 ± 8.28, the difference was statistic significant. Conclusion：Nurses should provide various interventions which could enhance the active coping modes and reduce the passive ones to improve the self-esteem of patients with ostomy and promote their physical and mental health.
