鼻窦支气管综合征及其新进展

鼻窦支气管综合征（sinobronchial syndrome，SBS）是以下呼吸道慢性非特异性炎症如弥漫性支气管扩张、弥漫性泛细支气管炎、慢性支气管炎和慢性鼻窦炎共存的一类常见慢性气道疾病，其特点为上、下气道疾病共存，主要治疗方法为长期小剂量红霉素疗法（EM therapy），近年来国内外对鼻窦支气管综合征的认识更为深入，本文对其有关的发病机制、诊断及治疗进展作一综述。

Progress of sinobronchial syndrome

Sinobronchial syndrome(SBS) is a common condition characterized by chronic upper and lower airway inflammation consisting of chronic sinusitis and chronic nonspecific inflammation of the lower airways,typically chronic bronchitis,diffuse bronchiectasis and diffuse panbronchiolitis.It has been established that long-term low-dose erythromycin therapy (EM therapy) is very effective for sinobronchial syndrome.Recently much progress has been made in the field of sinobronchial syndrome.The present review will summarize the progress in the pathogenesis,diagnosis and therapy of sinobronchial syndrome that was achieved.
