中西药结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的研究

目的观察小剂量阿司匹林与滋阴益气类中药联用治疗非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照临床研究方法，将102例患者分为西药组予小剂量阿司匹林、中药组予滋阴益气类中药和中西药组予小剂量阿司匹林与滋阴益气类中药联用，疗程3个月，以视力、眼底检查和眼底荧光血管造影为临床疗效评价标准。结果总有效率：中西药组82％、西药组79％、中药组76％，中西药组总有效率最高，但3组无显著性差异（P〉0．05），疗效相当。显效率：中西药组56％、中药组47％、西药组41％，中西药组显效率高于其他2组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论小剂量阿司匹林与滋阴益气类中药联用治疗非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效优于中药和小剂量阿司匹林单用。

Study of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic retinopathy

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of small dosages of Asprin combined with Ziyinyiqi kind of traditional Chinese medicine on nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy. Methods Using randomly control clinical study method, 102 patients were divided into three groups. Western medicine group was treated with small dosages of Asprin. Traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Ziyinyiqi kind of traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese and western medicine group was treated with small dosages of Asprin combined with Ziyinyiqi kind of traditional Chinese medicine. The course of treatment was three months. Visual acuity, examination of fundus and fluorescence fundus angiography was the clinical curative effect evaluation criterion. Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 82 % and that of western medicine group was 79 % and that of traditional Chinese medicine group was 76 %. The total effective rate of traditional Chinese and western medicine group was the highest, but there was no significant difference among the three groups （P 〉0.05）. The excellence rate of traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 56 % and that of traditional Chinese medicine group was 47 96 and that of western medicine group was 4196. The excellence rate of traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that of the other two groups and there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Small dosages of Asprin combined with Ziyinyiqi kind of traditional Chinese medicine on nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy excels only traditional Chinese medicine or only small dosages of Asprin in clinical curative effect.
