环磷腺苷葡胺注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的 观察环磷腺苷葡胺注射液对充血性心力衰竭(congestive heart failure,CHF)患者的治疗效果.方法 对101例CHF患者静脉滴注环磷腺苷葡胺注射液,并于治疗前、1个疗程、2个疗程以彩色超声多普勒测定心脏功能,同时测量血压、心率.结果 与治疗前相比,2个疗程后左室舒张功能、收缩功能及血压、心率明显改善(P＜0.01).临床总有效率2个疗程为81.2％,明显高于1个疗程46.5％ (P＜0.01).结论 环磷腺苷葡胺注射液治疗CHF疗效较好,未发现有明显的不良反应;且2个疗程优于1个疗程.

Clinical investigation of therapeutic effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate injection on congestive heart failure

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate injection on the patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 101 patients with CHF were intravenously dripped with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate injection and examined with color Doppler echocardiography before treatment,after 1 and 2 treatment courses.The blood pressure and heart rate were measured at the same time.Results Compared with before treatment,the diostolic and systolic function of left ventricle,blood pressure and heart rate were markedly improved(P<0.01) after 2 treatment courses.The clinical total effective rate was 81.2% in two treatment courses,which was higher than 46.5% in 1 treatment course(P<0.01).Conclusion Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate injection has better effect to treat CHF without obvious adverse reactions.2 treatment courses are superior to 1 treatment course.
