阿维A与其他药物治疗脓疱型银屑病疗效对比分析

目的 评价阿维A、甲氨蝶呤、复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗脓疱型银屑病的疗效差异.方法 将156例患者随机分成3组,A组75例患者口服阿维A胶囊 10 mg,每日3次;B组45例患者口服甲氨蝶呤2.5 mg,每日1次;C组36例患者用复方甘草酸苷注射液20ml加入5％葡萄糖溶液250 ml静脉滴注,每日1次.3组疗程均为8周.结果 A、B、C3组有效率分别为88.00％、75.56％、66.67％.3种药物治疗脓疱型银屑病的有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);不良反应发生率分别为37.33％、64.44％和8.33％,3种药物不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);追踪随访治愈患者3个月,A、B、C3组复发率分别为7.69％、47.62％和10.00％,3种药物治疗脓疱型银屑病的复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 阿维A能更有效地控制脓疱型银屑病的症状,疗效明显,复发率低,值得在临床推广使用.

Comparative analysis on clinical efficacy of acitretin and other drugs in treatment of pustular psoriasis

Objective To assess the efficacy of acitretin,methotrexate,Compound Glycyrrhizin for Injection in the treatment of pustular psoriasis.Methods A total of 156 patients with pustular psoriasis were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups as the group A,B and C.75 cases in the group A received acitretin 10 mg three times daily for 8 weeks,45 cases in the group B received methotrexate 2.5mg once daily for 8 weeks,while 36 cases in the group C were intravenously infused with Compound Glycyrrhizin for Iinjection 20 ml+5% glucose 250 ml once daily for 8 weeks.Results The effective rate was 88.00% in the group A,75.56% in the group B and 66.67% in the group C,showing statistical difference among 3 groups(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions was 37.33%,64.44% and 8.33%,respectively.The difference in adverse drug reactions among three groups had statistical significance(P<0.01).In 3-month follow-up for cured cases,the relapse rate was 7.69% in the group A,47.62% in the group B and 10.0% in the group C with statistical difference among 3 groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Acitretin can effectively control the symptoms of pustular psoriasis with better effects and low relapse rate,which is worthy of being clinially popularized.
