老年原发性高血压颈动脉硬化与内源性类洋地黄物质相关性研究

目的观察老年原发性高血压(EH)患者颈动脉IMT值及斑块形成与血浆内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)浓度的变化,探讨颈动脉硬化和血浆EDLS浓度在老年EH中的变化及其相互关系。方法应用彩色多普勒超声检测150例老年EH患者和60例血压正常的老年健康者颈动脉IMT值及斑块检出率,同时测定血浆EDLS含量。结果①对照组、EH1级组、EH2级组、EH3级组的血浆EDLS含量呈逐渐增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IMT值或斑块检出率也均随血压的增高而逐渐增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②相关分析表明IMT值与血浆EDLS水平呈正相关(r=0.872,P<0.01)。结论老年EH患者存在颈动脉硬化和血浆EDLS水平升高,EDLS与颈动脉硬化发生发展有明显关系。

Related research between carotid atherosclerosis in elderly essential hypertension and endogenous digitalis-like substance

Objective 0bjective observation of carotid atherosclerosis and plasma EDLS concentrations in the elderly EH changes in their mutual relations.Methods Color Doppler ultrasonography detected 150 cases of elderly patients with EH and 60 patients with normal blood pressure in elderly healthy value of carotid IMT and plaque detection rate,while the determination of plasma EDLS content.Results Controls EH1-level group,EH2-level group,EH3-level group of plasma EDLS content was gradually increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),IMT value or plaque detection rates were gradually increased with the increase in blood pressure,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Correlation analysis showed that IMT values and plasma EDLS level was positively correlated(r=0.872,P<0.01).Conclusion Elderly patients with elderly essential hypertension has carotid atherosclerosis and blood plasma EDLS level to elevate,EDLS has the obvious relation with the occurrence and the development of carotid atherosclerosis.
