| 摘 要： | 目的观察评估非手术综合疗法对婴幼儿大面积血管瘤的疗效,选择最佳临床治疗方案。方法 随机选择56例较大面积血管瘤患儿,采用口服糖皮质激素复合硬化剂注射及高频电凝等综合法治疗,观察并记录患儿年龄、疗程、临床转归及两年内复诊情况,分析影响疗效的相关因素。结果 56例患儿中治愈36例,显效19例,好转1例。疗效方面,混合型血管瘤>毛细血管瘤>海绵状血管瘤,与年龄呈负相关。结论 非手术综合疗法大大提高了婴幼儿较大面积血管瘤的疗效,值得临床推广使用。

<td align="left" height="25" valign="top" nowrap><b>Abstract:</b></td><td width="92%" align="left" valign="top"><abstract>jective To evaluate the curative effect of non-operaive therapy on infant with macrohemangioma infant. Methods Fifty-six infants with macro-hemangioma were selected randomly and were treated with comprehensive methods of prednisolone orally, injection of hardener around hemangioma and high frequency electrocoulation. The age, period of treatment, curative effect were recorded and analysed. Results In the total 56 cases, 36 cases were cured, 19 cases were bettered remarkably and 1 cases were improved. Conlusion Comprehensive non-operaive therapy enhance the cure rate of infant macro-hemangioma greatly and deserve wide clinical use.</td>
