体部器官1H-MRS的应用

摘    要:近10年来,MRS日益广泛地用于乳腺、肝脏、前列腺等体部器官,通过对组织内代谢物进行定量分析用于体部肿瘤和其他疾病的诊断及治疗评价。较之31P-MRS,1H-MRS的SNR高,实施方便。本文就1H-MRS在体部器官的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:MRS has been increasingly applied in somatic organs, including the breast, liver, prostate and so on for the diagnosis and treatment evaluation of tumors and other diseases by using metabolite quantification. 1H-MRS was more widely adopted than 31P MRS because of its higher SNR and better operability. In this article, the applications of 1H-MRS in somatic organs and main progressed research were reviewed.
