三叶形钢板＋三角形髂骨块植骨内固定治疗老年性肱骨头粉碎骨折

目的评价三叶形钢板联合三角形髂骨块植骨内固定治疗老年性肱骨头粉碎骨折的疗效。方法对21例老年性肱骨头粉碎骨折作切开复位，三角形髂骨块植骨联合三叶形钢板内固定，术后随访8～18个月，观察骨折愈合情况及评价肩关节功能恢复情况。结果除一例出现螺丝钉松动，骨折畸形愈合外，其余均能骨性愈合，按CONSTANT FUNCTIONAL SCORE标准评分，肩关节功能恢复的优良率85％。结论三叶形钢板联合三角形髂骨块内固定是治疗老年性肱骨头粉碎骨折的一种有效方法。

Treatment for comminuted fracture of head of humerus in elderly patients by internal fixation with trilobal plate and triangle lliac transplantation

Objective To evaluate the outcomes of treatment for comminuted fracture of head of humerus in elderly patients by internal fixation with trilobal plate and triangle lliac transplantation. Methods 21 elderly patients with comminuted fracture of head of humerus were operated for internal fixation with trilobal plate and lliac transplantation. All the patients were followed up from 8 to 18 months to evaluate the function of shoulder joint and the probability of bone fusion. Results In addition to an example occurred screw loose and abnormal osseous fusion, all of them can been osseous fusion, the function were evaluated according to constant functional score system, the excellent rate were 85 %. Conclusion The internal fixation with trilobal plate and triangle Uiac transplantation is an effective method to treat comminuted fracture of head of humerus in elderly patients.
