中医治疗动脉粥样硬化的进展

从动脉粥样硬化(As)的病因病机和辨证论治2个方面综述了近年来中医药的研究进展和成果,提出了在研究中医药治疗As的临床研究中尚存在的不足,认为今后的发展方向应该采用中医辨证与西医辨病相结合的诊断方法,加大中药复方及针灸方法作用机制的研究,临床研究上应提高辨证准确性,建立统一分型标准,进行大样本前瞻性的RCT研究,为中医治疗As提供可信、有效的证据,使该病的中医治疗规范化。

Advancement of TCM in the Treatment of Atherosclerosis

The article explained research progress and results in Chinese medicine treatment atherosclerosis from the two aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, and syndrome differentiation and treatment for recent years, and presented many inadequacies of clinical studies. The combined diagnostic method of Chinese traditional and Western medicine has become the development direction of TCM in the treatment of atherosclerosis. The mechanistic study of Chinese herbal compound and acupuncture methods should be added. Clinical research may increase the accuracy of syndrome differentiation, establish an unified classification criteria, and carry out a large sample study of prospective RCT in order to provide credible and valid evidence about the Chinese medicine treatment and make the treatment of Chinese medicine standardize.
