胡黄连提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的优选胡黄连的最佳提取工艺。方法以胡黄连苷Ⅰ含量为指标,采用薄层色谱扫描法测定胡黄连苷Ⅰ含量,应用正交实验,优选胡黄连的最佳提取工艺。结果优选出的最佳提取工艺为:60%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次3 h,第1次加10倍量乙醇,第2次加8倍量乙醇。结论该工艺简便、可行,可供工业化生产参考。

Abstract:Purpose To optimize the extraction process of picrorhiza.Methods Extraction procedure was screened by orthogonal test according to the content of the picroside-I which was measured through TLC scanning.Results The optimized extraction procedure was as follows:60% alcohol,refluxing 3 h for 2 times,10 times of the amount of material for the first time and 8 times for the second time.Conclusion The procedure is simple and feasible.It can be used in the industrial production for reference.
