全杜仲胶囊联合左旋氨氯地平治疗肝肾阴虚型肾性高血压随机平行对照研究

目的]观察全杜仲胶囊联合左旋氨氯地平治疗肝肾阴虚型肾性高血压疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将218例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,均低盐低脂优质蛋白饮食,适当控制水分摄入,纠正贫血、血液透析等。对照组106例左旋氨氯地平片(吉林省天风制药有限责任公司生产),5mg/次,2次/d。治疗组112例左旋氨氯地平用法同对照组,全杜仲胶囊口服,4～6粒/次,2次/d。观测临床症状、血压、心电图。4周为1疗程,连续治疗1疗程,随访2个月,判定疗效。结果]症状、血压及心电图两组均有不同改善,治疗组改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);收缩压、舒张压两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01);心电图两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]纯中药制剂全杜仲胶囊,具有纯度高,不需煎煮,服用方便的特点,未发现有副作用,联合左旋氨氯地平治疗肝肾阴虚型肾性高血压效果满意,值得临床推广。

Conclusion] The Pure Chinese medicine of Quanduzhong Capsule, With high puri- ty,Without boiling,Easy to take, Not have side effects,The United levamlodipine satisfied with the effect of amlodipine in the treatment of ganshenyinxuxing - renal hypertension, Worthy of clinical.
