| 摘 要： | 目的]观察心理护理对老年病人生活质量的影响。方法]将60例患者分为两组,观察组30例与对照组30例,对照组行饮食用药护理及身体护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用心理护理,治疗完毕后观察两组患者的生活质量。结果]观察组患者多表现较为乐观的生活态度,对自己目前的生活也表示满意,其营养状态良好,再次住院次数也少于对照组。结论]采用心理护理老年患者能有效提高患者的生活质量,其临床疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the Mental nursing to senile patient quality of life influence. Methods ] 60 patients were divided into two groups, the observation group 30 cases and control group 30 cases in control group were treated with diet, medication care and body care, observation group was based on the use of psychological care, after treatment were observed in two groups of patients＇quality of life. Results ] The observation group showed more optimistic attitude towards life, in your current life satisfaction, the nutritional status of hospitalized again good, the number is less than that in the control group. Conclusion] The use of psychological nursing care for older patients can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, their clinical curative effect. |
