辨证护理老年性血管性痴呆50例

目的]观察辨证护理老年性血管性痴呆效果。方法]对50例住院患者实施辨证护理,并配合一般护理(包括日常生活、饮食、安全、心理、功能锻炼、药物治疗护理等);根据患者临床特点,辨证分型为肝肾阴虚、痰瘀阻络,肾精亏虚、髓海不足,痰瘀化热、上扰清窍,脾肾阳虚、痰瘀阻络等四种证型,实施针对性护理措施。观察智力和生活能力。30d为1疗程,连续治疗、辨证护理1疗程(30d),使用智能状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评价效果。结果]MMSE积分值提高,ADL评分下降(P0.05)。结论]辨证护理可使护理与治疗有机结合,更好地促进病情的稳定与恢复,有助于血管性痴呆患者智力和生活能力的提高。
