针药配合治疗梗塞性智障28例

目的]观察针药联合治疗梗塞性所致的智力障碍疗效以及对血液流变性的影响。方法]将56例经CT确诊为脑梗塞性所致的智障患者随机分为治疗组(针药联合)28例;对照组(常规针刺)28例。治疗8周后观察两组疗效,并统计两组治疗前后的脑血流变性的改变参数加以比较。结果]治疗组总有效率为89.28%,对照组75%,两组比较有显著性统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗前后的血流量改变有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论]针药联合治疗梗塞性智障疗效优于单纯针刺治疗,且治疗组在改善脑血流方面有独特之处,明显强于对照组。

Acupuncture with Chinese Drug 28 cases of Treatment of Infarct Mental Retardation

Conclusion ] The needle - drug combination therapy infarct with intellectual disabilities more effective than simple acupuncture treatment, the treatment group was unique in improving cerebral blood flow, significant in the control group.
