升阳排石汤联合西药治疗肾结石对照研究

目的]观察升阳排石汤联合西药治疗肾结石疗效。方法]使用对照方法,将50例门诊患者分为两组,对照组25例用西药常规治疗,多饮水、多活动。疼痛严重肌注双氯芬酸钠或山莨菪碱,同时肌注黄体酮20mg,1次/d;静滴美洛西林钠舒巴坦2.5g或左旋氧氟沙星0.2g,1次/d。治疗组25例西药治疗同对照组,升阳排石汤(石苇15g,冬葵子10g,矍麦15g,川牛膝20g,乳香12g,附子10g,黄芪30g,金钱草50g,鸡内金20g,郁金15g,车前子12g,地龙10g,血尿加白茅根15g),加水1000mL煎至500mL口服,1次/d。2周为1个疗程,连续治疗1个疗程,随访30d,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈17例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率92.00%。对照组痊愈5例,有效8例,无效12例,总有效率52.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]升阳排石汤联合西药治疗肾结石疗效满意,值得推广。

Sun Microsystems Paishi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Renal Calculi Case- Control Study

Objective ] To observe the sun microsystems Paishi decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of renal calculi. Methods] using contrast method, 50 patients were divided into two groups, 25 cases in the control group with routine western medicine therapy, more water, more activities. Severe pain of intramuscular injection of diclofenac sodium or anisodamine, and intramuscular progesterone 20mg, 1 /d ;intra- venous drip of mezlocillin sodium Shubatan 2.5G or levofloxacin 0.2g, 1/d. The treatment group of 25 cases treated with western medicine control group Sun microsystems Paishi Decoction （Shi WeilSg, Dong Kui Zi lOg, Jue Wheat 15g, Chuan Niu Xi 20g, Frankincense 12g,Fu Zi lOg,Huang Shi 30g,Jin Qian Cao50g, Ji Nei Jin 20g,YuJin 15g,Che Qian Zi 12g, Di LonglOg, Hematuria and white rhizome 15g） , add 1000mL water decoction to 500mL oral, 1 /d. In 2 weeks for 1 course, 1 course of continuous treatment, follow - up 30d, curative effect. Results ] The treatment group 17 cases were cured, 6 effective cases, 2 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 92%. The control group 5 cases were cured, 8 effective cases, 12 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 52%. The effect of the treatment group is better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ] Sun mierosystems Paishi decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of renal calculi satisfaction, is worth popularizing
