隔物温和灸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎贫血随机对照临床研究

目的]观察隔物温和灸联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎贫血的疗效。方法]采用随机、平行对照的方法,将40例类风湿关节炎贫血患者随机分为两组,对照组(20例)给予甲氨蝶呤口服,治疗组(20例)在对照组治疗基础上再给予隔物温和灸治疗。两组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后观察红细胞计数、血红蛋白量。结果]两组治疗前红细胞计数、血红蛋白量比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗前后比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗后组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论]隔物温和灸联合甲氨蝶呤能明显改善类风湿关节炎贫血患者的红细胞计数及血红蛋白量。

Methods ] 112 cases of outpatients, 189 in total knee, use Traditional Chinese medicine, hot compress fumigation combined with intra - articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate, ozone treatment. After the external application of Chinese herbs in treatment of 2 courses, intra - articular injection after 1 courses of treatment, were followed up for more than six months, curative effect. Results] 12 cases of clinical control, accounting for 10.72% ; Effective in 60 cases accounting for 53.57% ;Better in 36 cases, accounting for 32.14% ; Inva- lid in 4 cases, accounting for 3.57% ; The total effective rate of 96.43%. Conclusion] Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treating knee joint osteoarthritis pain, work along both lines, small effect remarkable, curative effect satisfaction, treatment outcome is better than single western medicine or tra- ditional Chinese medicine therapy, worthy of clinical application.
