针灸治疗失眠48例

[目的]观察针灸治疗失眠的临床疗效。[方法]对48例患者进行针刺治疗,以四神聪、百会、神庭、安眠(双侧)、神门(双侧)、内关(双侧)、为主穴。辨证配穴。[结果]痊愈22例,显效15例,有效9例,无效2例。总有效率为95.83%。[结论]针刺以上诸穴治疗失眠是一种有效方法,值得临床推广使用。

Observation on the clinical symptoms, physical signs,2weeks for 1 courses, 1 courses of treatment, follow - up of 1 years, to judge the curative effect. [Results] The treatment group, 10 cases were cured, excellent 17 cases, effective in 11 cases, 2 cases are noneffective, the total efficiency of 95%. The control group 8 cases were cured, excellent 12 cases, effective in 10 cases,5 cases are noneffective, the total efficiency of 85.71%.
