电针配合耳穴压豆治疗单纯性肥胖疗效观察

[目的]观察电针配合耳穴压豆治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效。[方法]体针取穴多以脾经、胃经、大肠经经穴为主,同时配合局部取穴。辅以辨证取穴,毫针常规快速进针,得气后接电针治疗仪,留针30min,前3d每日1次,以后隔日1次,15次为1疗程。耳穴取饥点、内分泌、脾、胃、口、交感等,局部先常规消毒,然后以胶布贴压王不留行籽,嘱患者每天自行按压6～8次,每次按压5min,以痛为度,5d换1次,两耳交替埋藏。[结果]三组有效率分别为:轻度76.19%;中度88.46%;重度100%;合计89.00%。[结论]电针配合耳穴压豆可从减少摄食和增加消耗两个方面进行综合调整,是一种较为理想的减肥方法。
