通过对慢性阻塞性肺疾病有关中医理论的探讨,认为慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中医生活质量量表,应该结合中医理论如"以肺为主,五脏相关、形神合一、内伤七情、天人相应"等学说,并参照国际生活质量量表的制作规范,将量表具体划分为:生理、心理、独立性、社会关系和自然环境等领域,本文希望为慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医生活质量量表的进一步研制奠定理论基础。
