银翘散短煎频服治疗外感风温初起20例

目的]观察短煎频服银翘散治疗风温初起的临床疗效。方法]将40例风温初起的患者,按就诊顺序随机分为两组。对照组20例,服用羚翘解毒丸治疗,1次1丸,1日2次,夜1次温服;病情重者1日3次,夜1次温服。1周为1个疗程。治疗前后1日2次。治疗组20例,中药银翘散治疗,短煎频服。结果]银翘散治疗组总有效率90%,羚翘解毒丸对照组总有效率50%,两组差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论]银翘散短煎频服治疗外感风温表证初起疗效明显优于羚翘解毒丸。
