逍遥散加味治疗抑郁症60例

目的]观察逍遥散加味治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法]将60例符合条件的抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例给予逍遥散加味治疗,对照组30例给予左洛复治疗,两组疗程均为8周,观察患者治疗前后的临床症状,做出疗效评价。结果]逍遥散加味对抑郁症治疗有效率为83.00%与左洛复80.00%相当(P>0.05);逍遥散与左洛复治疗后HAMD_24分数明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为10.00%,对照组不良反应发生率为43%,治疗后逍遥散的TESS副反应量表分数明显低于左洛复(P<0.01)。结论]逍遥散加味治疗抑郁症疗效与对照组相当,不良反应明显少于对照组。

Conclusion ] Xiaoyao San curative effect and the treatment of depression in the control group, adverse reaction is obviously less than those in the control group.
