异甘草酸镁治疗肾综合征出血热肝损害的疗效

目的观察异甘草酸镁注射液在伴发肝损害的肾综合征出血热患者中的疗效。方法 100例伴发肝损害的肾综合征出血热患者随机分为两组,对照组予补液、利尿等内科综合治疗;治疗组在内科综合治疗基础上,予异甘草酸镁注射液静脉滴注。常规生化检测肝、肾功能,同时记录两组患者治疗过程中症状、体征变化、出现的不良反应情况以及住院时间等。结果治疗后,治疗组患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶迅速下降,住院时间缩短,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义。结论异甘草酸镁注射液能够有效的治疗肾综合征出血热的肝脏损害。

The effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome accompanied with liver injury

Purpose To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome accompanied with liver injury.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group:patients in control group were given comprehensive treatment including fluid infusion,diuretics and so on.Patients in treatment group were given magnesium isoglycyrrhizinam intravenous infusion additionally.Liver and renal function and clinical symptoms were evaluated in all the patients before and after treatment.Results The degree of ALT decrease is greater in treatment group than in control group and the Hospitalization period is shortened significantly.No adverse events were found during the treatment of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinam.Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinam could be used as an effective method in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome accompanied with liver injury.
