| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨纤维胆道镜辅助手术治疗胆道结石的临床效果。方法 分析1996年10月～2003年1月我院纤维胆道镜诊治的250例胆道结石的临床资料。结果 应用纤维胆道镜术中、术后分别发现漏诊结石2例和15例，术中发现残留结石9例，取尽4例；术后残留结石171例，取尽144例，结石总取尽率为84．2％。结论 纤维胆道镜辅助外科手术是治疗肝胆管结石的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of choledochofiberoscopy as adjuvant treatment of cholelithes. Methods The clinical data of 250 cases applied fiberoscopy in our hospital from 1996 to 2003 were analyzed. Results Missed biliary stones were discovered by fiberoscopy in 2 cases during operation and in 15 cases after operation. Residual stones were taken out completely in 4 of 9 patients who diagnosed in operation,and in 144 of 171 patients after operation. The total net extraction rate was 84 2%. Conclusion Choledochofiberoscopy is an effective adjuvant method in treatment of cholelithes. |
