| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨严重胸腹联合伤患者的急救与护理方法.方法:选取53例严重胸腹联合伤患者作为研究组,实施系统、完善的急救与护理;选取36例严重胸腹联合伤患者作为对照组,实施常规急救与护理.结果:研究组治愈出院50例,占94.34%;死亡2例,占3.77%;自动出院1例,占1.89%;无因护理不当导致患者死亡或出现并发症.对照组治愈出院26例;占72.22%;死亡8例,占22.22%;自动出院2例,占5.56%;其中2例出现严重并发症.两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:系统、完善的急救与护理措施可有效提高抢救成功率,防止并发症的发生. |
