盆腔子宫内膜异位症55例不同手术范围与术后卵巢功能关系分析

目的：了解不同手术范围与术后围绝经期症状的发生率，症状出现时间、程度及术后性激素水平的关系。方法：对55例手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者，进行术后随访其围绝经期症状与激素水平。结果：切除卵巢组织越多，围绝经期症状出现的时间越早、频率越高、程度越重，且术后雌激素E2水平越低。结论：因疾病需要作卵巢切除时要慎重，尽可能保留卵巢组织及其血供，保留组织越多越好，对手术后妇女健康影响小。激素替代治疗，较为合适的时间是术后6个月，其用量以激素水平维持在相当于有一侧卵巢的水平。

Relationship Between Scope of Operation and Postoperative Ovarian Function in Endometriosis (Report of 55 cases)

Objective:To study the relationship between scope of operation and the incidence,time of having episode and degrees of perimenopause syndroms and the level of estrogen in endometriosis.Methods:The level of sexual hormone was measured and perimenopause syndroms was followed up after operation in 55 edometrionsis.Results:The perimenopause syndroms in oophorectomy was more frequent,severe and ealier than that in partial oophorectomy.The level of E 2 was lower in the former group.Conclusion:We should preserve the ovary tissue and its blood supply as much as possible.The substitutive therapy by hormone will begin at postoperative 6 months.The dosage of hormone is similar to the level of secretion in one ovary.
