| 摘 要： | 认为《素问．五常政大论》提出的“气反”理论，与近代学者提出的“生物全息律”相一致，为后世上病取下，下病取上，中病傍取，内证外治，外证内治，上下并治等治法奠定了理论基础，可弥补八纲辨证及“八法”之不足。

| Abstract: | BaseduponqireversaltheoryputforwardinPlainQuestios,itsclinicalsignificancewasdiscussedinthisarticle.Theauthorbelievesthatthistheoryisidenticaltobioholographyputforwardbythescholarsinthemoderntimes,isoneofthecommonlyuseddiagnosticandtherapeuticmethodssetupatheoreticfoundationforthetherapeuticmethodsoftheupperparttreatedwiththelowerpart,thelowerparttreatedwiththeupperpart,thecentraldiseasestreatedwiththelateralpart,internalsyndrometreatedwiththeexternalmethod,externalsyndrometreatedwiththeinternalmethod,andsimultaneoustreatmentbyboththeupperandlowerpartsandcouldsupplementtheeightmethodsinthepatternidentificationinaccordancewiththetheoryofeightprinciples. |
