| 摘 要： | 作者报告自１９８６年３月以来，用自制弯钩针经会阴行后尿道吻合，治疗难治性后尿道狭窄或闭塞２７例，术后随访３个月至９年半，全部患者排尿通畅。其中５例术后１～５年内勃起功能障碍尚未完全恢复。作者认为本法简便易行，组织损伤轻，术后不需尿道扩张，效果满意。
