| 摘 要： | 目的对社会因素剖宫产孕妇的心理进行分析。方法采用问卷调查方式对276例社会因素剖宫产孕妇的一般情况及剖宫产理由进行调查。结果社会因素剖宫产孕妇产前检查次数少于9次者236例(85.51%),担心难产及胎儿安危123例(44.57%),惧怕阴道分娩疼痛46例(16.67%)。结论加强产前心理咨询服务,规范产前检查及开展无痛分娩,改变产时服务模式,对减少社会因素剖宫产,降低剖宫产率有很大的空间。

| Abstract: | To analyse the psychology of pregnant women labouring by Caesarean Section for social fac- tors.Methods The general condition and the cause of Caesarean section of 276 pregnant women for social factors were inves- tigated through a questionnaire.Results 236 pregnant women(85.51%)with Caesarean section for social factors had less than 9 times of antenatal visits,123 cases(44.57%)worried about dystocia and the infant safety,46 cases(16.67%.) were afraid of the pain of vaginal delivery.Conclusion Strengthening the psychology consultation,paying attention to ante- natal medical examination and using painless childbirth can reduce the rate of Cesarean Section for social factors. |
