| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)L型感染与先天畸形的相关性。方法：通过苏木精一伊红染色观察先天畸形胎儿标本各组织的病理学改变，经金葡菌及其L型免疫组化染色及金葡菌PCR检测先天畸形胎儿组织中的金葡菌及其L型抗原和DNA。结果：21例先天畸形胎儿标本中52．38％(11／21)的肺组织中存在间质性炎症，金葡菌PCR阳性率为19．05％(4／21)，23．81％(5／21)胎儿的肺组织中存在金葡菌L型抗原。其中14．29％(3／21)的标本中金葡菌P(、R、金葡菌L型免疫组化同时阳性。结论：金葡菌L型感染与致胎儿先天畸形有一定的相关性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate effects of infection of S. aureus L form on the growth and development of fetus.Methods:Pathological,immunohistochemical and PCR techniques were used for detecting the L form of S. aureus in histological sections of 21 abnormal fetus.Results:Eleven out of 21 specimens(52.38%) showed to have interstitial inflammation in fetal lung,among those cases with pathological changes,19.05%(4/21) were positive in PCR and 23.81%(5/21) were positive in immunoenzyme staining for S. aureus L form.Conclusions:The result indicates that the abnormal development of fetus may also be due to the infection of S. aureus L forms. |
