通络益智散对血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA1区P53蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨通络益智散对血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA1区P53蛋白表达的影响。方法:用双侧颈总动脉(CCA)法制备大鼠血管性痴呆模型,将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、通络益智散高低剂量组和尼莫地平组。3周后,断头处死大鼠,取大脑海马做病理和海马CA1区P53免疫组化检测。结果:假手术组海马CA1区未见P53阳性细胞,通络益智散大小剂量及尼莫地平组海马CA1区P53阳性细胞平均灰度值均明显高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:通络益智散能显著降低CA1区P53蛋白的表达,抑制血管性痴呆大鼠脑损伤引起的细胞凋亡,对血管性痴呆大鼠的脑组织有保护作用,这可能是其治疗血管性痴呆的作用机理之一。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of Tongluo Yizhi power (TLYZP)on expression of P53 protein in hippocampus CA1 area of rat with vascular dementia. Methods: The rat model of vascular dementia was build by repeated legation of bilateral common carotid arteries (CCA)together.
