COPD患者血浆中ET-1和EDNRB含量变化及临床意义

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）患者血浆内皮素-1（endothelin-1，NET-1）及内皮素受体B（endothelin receptor B，EDNRB）含量变化与COPD发生的关系；这两项指标之间的相关性以及吸烟是否会影响血浆中ET-1及EDNRB的浓度发生变化。方法采用ELISA法测定血浆ET-1、EDNRB的含量。结果COPD患者急性加重期血浆中ET-1和EDNRB的浓度明显高于健康对照组（P〈0．05），ET-1与EDNP,B含量经统计学处理呈正相关（r=0．284，P〈0．05）。吸烟与非吸烟组ET-1和EDNRB血浆含量的变化无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论ET-1、EDNRB是参与COPD急性期发病过程的重要因素。

The alterations of ET-1 and EDNRB in plasma in COPD patients

Objective To study the plasma levels of endothelin-1 （ET-1） and endothelin receptor B （EDNRB） in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. To investigate whether smoking will lead alterations of ET-1 and EDNRB. Methods ET-1 and EDNRB in plasma were measured by ELISA. Results Patients with acute exacerbation of COPD demonstrated higher plasma levels of ET-1 and EDNRB than healthy subjects （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The changes of plasma ET-1 were positively correlated with EDNRB （r = 0.284 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Smoking did not lead to significant alterations in ET-1 and EDNRB. Conclusion ET-1 and EDNRB are likely involved in acute phase of COPD.
