阴式非脱垂大子宫切除术53例临床分析

目的 :探讨非脱垂、大子宫经阴道切除的可行性及临床应用价值。方法 :引进特制阴道手术器械 ,改良阴式全宫切除手术步骤 ,对 5 3例有子宫切除手术适应证而无生殖道脱垂患者行阴式全宫切除术 ,取同期经腹切除子宫 5 0例作对比分析。结果 :阴式组手术时间长于对照组 ,而术中出血、术后病率、术后住院日、术后肛门排气时间阴式组少于对照组。大子宫组 2 4例与小子宫组 2 9例比较 ,前者手术时间长于后者 ,而术中出血、术后病率、术后住院日二组无显著性差别。结论 :阴式非脱垂大子宫切除术具有肠道干扰少 ,术中出血少 ,术后疼痛轻 ,恢复快 ,住院日缩短等优点 ,在临床应用安全可行

Clinical analysis of transvaginal hysterectomy for moderate enlarged normal-positioned uterus (report of 53 cases)

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and clinical significance of transvaginal hysterectomy (TVH) for moderate enlarged normal positioned uterus.Methods:53 cases of moderate enlarged normal positioned received improved TVH,50 cases received abdnominal hysterectomy (AH),the clinical effects were compared between two groups.Results:TVH could be accomplished with longer operating duration,but the bleeding volume,morbidity,average hospitalization time and exsufflation time were less than that in AH group.In TVH group,the operating time in 24 cases of enlarged uterus were longer than that in 29 cases of small uterus,but there were no significant difference in the bleeding volume,morbidity and average hospitalization time between them.Conclusion:TVH had the characteristics of lighter interference with abdomen,less injury and quick recovery,it is safe and effective in clinical use.
