| 摘 要： | 目的总结应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝54例临床经验。方法采用Bardmesh、Perfixplug材料进行疝环充填,补片平铺式无张力腹股沟疝修补术。结果54例治愈出院,术后平均住院5.5d,最短3d。随访3个月～3年,再发1例,复发率为1.85%。结论无张力疝修补术具有方法简便、损伤小、恢复快、复发率低等优点,是一种更符合人体解剖结构和疝的病理生理的手术方法。

Analysis of Tension-free Mesh-plug Repair for 54 cases with Groin Hernia |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical experience(54 cases) of the mesh-plug repair of groin hernias. Methods The mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair was administered in 54 patients of groin hernia with the Bard Mesh and prefix plug offered by Bard Company in U.S.A. Results All cases were cured;in-hospital time was 5.5 days and the shortest was 3 days. The follow-up period ranged from 3 months to 3 years,only one recurrence was observed, the rate of recurrence was 1.92%. Conclusion The mesh-plug hernia repair has a greater advantage than the traditional hernia repair procedure,such as easier surgical performance,less postoperative pain,quicker recovery and lower recurrence. It is currently the most popular choice for a convenient hernia repair procedure. |
