| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨苏州市社区老年人的10种主要慢性病患病情况及其对生命质量的影响。方法：采用系统抽样方法，应用SF-36健康量表对苏州市城区473名老年人进行人户调查。用SPSS11．0统计软件进行分析。结果：苏州市社区老年人的慢性病患病率较高，随着慢性病患病种类的增加，生命质量有下降的趋势。患有脑血管疾病、慢性呼吸道疾病、关节炎、心脏病、慢性胃肠炎、椎间盘疾病对老年人生命质量的负面影响较大。结论：老年人的生命质量状况受多种慢性病的影响，要提高老年人的健康水平，必须重视慢性病的防治，从卫生政策、社会、家庭、个人四个方面综合考虑并采取措施，促进老年人身心健康。
