高氧液促进家兔创面愈合的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究高氧液对家兔创面愈合的影响,探讨其治疗机制。方法:建立12只家兔创面动物模型后,随机将其分为高氧组(H组)及生理盐水组(S组),每组6只。观察家兔创面愈合情况,计算创面愈合率,在造模后第4、7天取材作光镜观察及检测羟普氨酸(Hyp)含量。结果:在创面形成第4、7天,H组创面愈合率明显优于S组,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。组织形态学观察H组较S组可明显促进创面肉芽组织生长,促进成纤维细胞增殖及毛细血管增生,增加胶原纤维含量。H组较S组可明显提高创面肉芽组织中Hyp含量,有显著性差异(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:高氧液可促进家兔创面愈合,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of hyperoxic solution on wound healing of rabbits and explore the possible therapeutic mechanism.Methods: After wound model was established,12 rabbits were randomly classified into two groups: the hyperoxic solution group(group H) and the saline group(group S) with 6 rabbits in each group.The wound healing was evaluated by measuring the healing rate.On the 4th and 7th day,the wound tissue was observed by Hematoxylin-Eosin(HE) staining,and the hydroxyproline(HYP) content was also observed.Results: Healing rate in group H was higher than that in group S both on the 4th and 7th day,and the difference was significant(P〈0.05).Based on observation of histomorphology,hyperoxic solution could obviously accelerate the growth of granulation tissue and regeneration of the fibroblasts and capillary vessels as well as raise the levels of collagens.The HYP content of granulation tissue was obviously increased in group H than in group S,and the difference was significant(P〈0.05 orP〈0.01).Conclusion: Hyperoxic solution is effective for wound healing in rabbits and proves a certain clinical application value.
