摘    要:目的探讨硝普钠在体外循环肺损伤中的作用及其机制。方法采用大鼠原位肺灌注模型,将20只大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组:肝素化后灌注硝普钠20μg.kg-1.min-1,共60min。对照组灌注等量生理盐水。实验结束后取肺组织测一氧化氮(NO)含量,丙二醛(MDA)含量和肺含水量。结果对照组肺组织MDA含量及肺含水量高于实验组(P<0.05),实验组肺组织NO含量高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论硝普钠使肺组织中NO含量增加,可以有效的减轻体外循环中肺损伤。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of sodium nitroprusside in lung injury during cardiopulmonary bypass and the possible mechanism.Methods Twenty rats were randomly divided into 2 groups,model of perfusing lung in situ was used to observe the content of(nitric oxide,NO)NO,MDA and water in pulmonary tissue.Results In the experimental group,the content of MDA and water in pulmonary tissue were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The content of NO in experimental group was significantly increased as compared with that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside might increase the content of NO in lung tissue and effectively prevent lung injury from cardiopulmonary bypass.
