透明质酸钠的核磁共振波谱研究

摘    要:目的对透明质酸钠(SH)的结构进行表征。方法向SH的D2O溶液中加入NaOD,使NaOD的终浓度达到0.25 mol/L,分别于600 MHz和150 MHz进行1H-NMR和13C-NMR分析。结果SH的氢谱和碳谱信号均清晰完整,且与文献报道基本相符。结论碱性条件下的NMR分析可为SH及其衍生物的结构研究提供重要依据。

Abstract:Purpose To characterize the structure of sodium hyaluronate(SH).Methods NaOD was added into the D2O solution of SH,and the final concentration of NaOD was adjusted to 0.25 mol/L.The 1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR were operated at 600 MHz and 150 MHz,respectively.Results The signals were complete and clear.They corresponded with those reported previously.Conclusion The NMR in alkaline condition can offer evidence for the research on the structure of SH and its derivatives.
