狗颌面高速投射伤区小血管病理改变

摘    要:用光镜、电镜观察狗颌面高速投射伤区小血管的病理变化。实验发现:伤区小血管可见内皮细胞缺失、管壁断裂及细胞内的变性、坏死等病理变化,外径1.0~2,5mm的小血管损伤可远达距伤缘3.0cm处,该处血管7d后基本恢复。提示:临床运用血管化游离组织移植修复颌面部火器伤后的组织缺损时,其血管蒂应与距伤缘3.0cm以外的受区血管吻合,手术最好在伤后7d进行。

Abstract:This experiment studies of pathological changes the small vessel bylight and electron microscopes,which may provid a pathological basisfor reconstruction of maxillofacial tissue defects of early firearmswound using microsurgical methods. From this experiment we found some pathological changes ofsmall vessels in wound region, which include endothelium loss, thevessel wall break, and some degeneration and necrosis within endoth-elial and smooth muscle cells of vessels. The injury range of smallvessel is 3.0cm distant from wound edge. and the vessels recovered7d later. This study tells us if we use vascularized free tissue transfer toreconstruct defects in maxillofacial firearms wound region, the pe-dical of flap should anastomoses to distant recipient vessels whichshould be chosen beyond 3.0cm from wound edge. The microsurgicaloperation should be done 7d after injury.
