特殊人群丙型肝炎抗病毒治疗进展

抗病毒治疗是丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染的根本治疗措施,但一些特殊人群在抗病毒方案的选择上仍面临诸多难题,合并肾脏疾病、HIV感染、精神障碍、肝硬化、肝移植术后及儿童HCV感染者的抗病毒治疗需要进一步研究。本文综述了近几年特殊人群丙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗方面的研究进展情况,为指导临床实践和深入研究奠定基础。

Progress in Studies of Antiviral Therapy in Special Patient Groups with Hepatitis C

Antiviral therapy is the fundamental therapeutic measure for patients infectied with hepatitis C virus(HCV).Neverthe-less,there are various tough problems for some special patient groups to choose an optimal treatment.The therapeutic strategy for HCV in-fection patients with kidney disease,HIV coinfection,psychiatric illnesses,compensated and decompensated cirrhosis,after solid organ transplantation,and HIV-infected children,needs to be studied further.This review focused on the current understanding of antiviral therapy in special patients with hepatitis C so as to guide the clinical practice and advanced research in the field.
