复合维生素B泛酸钙口服溶液中维生素B1和维生素B6的含量测定

建立HPLC法同时测定复合维生素B泛酸钙口服溶液中维生素B1和维生素B6的含量。方法：采用Elite C18色谱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈一庚烷磺酸钠溶液（10：90）；检测波长为280nm；流速：1．0mi·min^-1。结果：维生素B1及维生素B6的线性范围分别为19．8～198．4μg·ml^-1（r=0．999 9）和6．2～62μg·ml^-1（r=0．999 9）。维生素B1平均回收率为99．8％，RSD为0．4％；维生素B6平均回收率为99．9％，RSD为0．6％（n=6）。结论：方法快速、简单、准确，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Simultaneous Determination the Contents of Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 in Compound Vitamin B-calcium Pantothenate Oral Solution

To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination the contents of Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 in compound vitamin B-calcium pantothenate oral solution. Method： The Elite C18 column （250mm × 4.6mm,5μm）was used, the acetonitrile-sodinm heptane sulfonate solution （10：90） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 280nm. Result： The linear ranges of VB1 and VB6 were at 19.8 - 198μg·ml - 1 （ r = 0.999 9 ） and 6.2 - 62μg·ml - 1 （ r = 0. 999 9 ） , the average recoveries （n = 5 ） were 99.8% （RSD = 0.4% ） and 99.9% （RSD = 0.6% ） respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, and reliable, it can be used for quality control of the oral solution.
