痰瘀同治方治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

目的：探讨痰瘀同治方治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结证的临床作用机理。方法：对冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结证、瘀血证、痰浊证110例随机对照观察。结果：痰瘀互结组心绞痛缓解率、中医症状改善率明显优于瘀血组和痰浊组（P＜0．05～0．01），并具有较好的改善血脂代谢、血液流变性和抗氧化作用。结论：痰瘀互结是冠心病心绞痛的主要病机，痰瘀同治方是治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结证的有效方药。

Clinical Study on Recipe of Removing both Phlegm and Blood Stasis in Treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

To explore the clinical therapeutic mechanism of recipe of removing both phlegm and blood stasis in treating angina pectoris of CHD. Methods: 110 patients of angina pectoris with intertwinement of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis syndrome and phlegm syndrome were observed in a random and control trial. Results: The remission rate of angina pectoris and improvement rate of symptoms in group receiving this recipe were significantly higher than those of groups receiving recipe of removing blood stasis and recipe of removing phlegm (P<0.05 ~ 0.01). It had better effects of improving metabolish of blood-lipid and hemorrheology,resisting oxidation and improving cardiac function. Conclusion: Intertwinement of phlegm and blood stasis is a major pathologic mechanism of angina pectoris of CHD. This recipe is effective for treating angina pectoris of CHD with syndrome of intertwinement of phlegm and blood stasis .
