针刺治疗老年性颈性眩晕

目的:观察针刺相应颈夹脊、风池、外风池(经验穴)、肩井、大椎、陶道、太冲治疗老年性颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:随机将108例老年性颈性眩晕患者分为治疗组60例,对照组(单纯用葛根素氯化钠注射液)48例。观察两组的临床疗效。结果:一个疗程后,治疗组和对照组治疗均能减轻眩晕,治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为98.3%和88.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺相应颈夹脊、风池、外风池等穴是治疗老年性颈性眩晕的有效治疗方法。

Acupuncture in the Treatment of Senile Cervical Vertigo

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the acupuncture at Jiaji(EX-BK2) of neck,Fengchi(GB 20),experienced acupoints,Jianjing(GB21),Dazhui(DU14),Taodao(DU13) and Taichong(LR3) for the treatment of the senile cervical vertigo.Method: A total of 108 cases of patients with senile cervical vertigo were divided into treatment group of 60 cases and control group of 48 cases(only use the Puerarin and Sodium Chloride Injection).The curative effect of two groups was observed.Result: After one course of treatment,the vertigo of the patients both in treatment group and control group had been relieved with the effective rates in treatment group and control group respectively being 98.3% and 83.3%.The curative effect in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group and the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: It is an effective method to treat the senile cervical vertigo by the acupuncture at Jiaji of neck,Fengchi and experienced acupoints.
